Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving. To understand the significance of wellness, it's important to understand how it's linked to health.                                                                                                                      

 The wellness club of Ansar Women's College provides an inclusive platform for both students and faculties to attain better physical and mental health outcomes by following and practicing different healthy habits and wellness trends. It aims at Incorporating fitness trends and culture among students that can keep students healthy and improve the overall performance 

OBJECTIVES

•    To create awareness among students about the importance and impact of wellness trends on the health of people

•    To Incorporate fitness trends and culture among students that can keep students healthy and also improve their mental focus, decrease stress, and improve the quality of their study time.
•    To improve students' overall performance through mental and physical fitness.
