The role of an educational institution is not just pursuing academic excellence but empowering them to face the struggles in life. Teacher’s role is to be a mentor and motivator   who can empower the students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers and productive members of ever changing global society. For more than a decade back AWC had pledged to transform the students by providing an education system which inculcates strong humanistic values combining academics and extracurricular activities. The college has been functioning under the aegis of   well-established and an efficient management Ansari Charitable Trust initiated in the year 1982 , managing various institutions like Ansar School, Ansar Training College, Ansar Hospital, Ansar Special School ,Ansar Psychiatry and rehabilitation centre etc. This has helped the institution to earn its own niche not only in Kerala but across the globe.

With a proud legacy of 18 years we are marching towards success shaping young minds to be trustworthy and responsible citizens. In AWC we provide an atmosphere to our students for multifaceted development, where they are encouraged to channelize their potential in pursuit of excellence. I feel honoured and privileged to be part of an educational institution where every stakeholder is a leaner and every day is an opportunity to learn and discover. Success of an institution is actually a shared commitment by learned faculties, talented students and highly expecting parents. So I believe in upholding high educational standards with absolute commitment using team strategies cantering on student’s achievements. The parents are the most strengthening power in moulding the future of our students. Their constant support empowers us to do more and more. I pay my gratitude to them for having faith in us.

This   academic year 2020-21 will be year marked in history as an era with differences challenges and expectations. The whole world in shocked by Covid19 pandemic. Our campus is sleepy without our chrispy Ansarians. Our corridors do not rebound with the laughter of students; the classrooms do not echo the lectures of learned faculties. Garden and courtyards are eagerly awaiting the presence of smart faces to return. Let me wish my teachers and students a safe, happy and peaceful academic year 2022-23. Let’s face this pandemic very positively, probe new techniques.
