Education and Career Growth (ECG) is a comprehensive approach of AWC for supporting students in their professional development. Ansar’s ECG services help students make informed decisions about their future career paths and provide them with the resources they need to reach their professional destination. ECG services include specific career counselling, job search support, internship and opportunities, and professional development workshops. Ultimately, ECG Services help our students prepare for the workforce and position themselves for success in their chosen fields. ECG Services of Ansar Women’s College is rooted in holistic education that supports provisions for career preparation and enhancement. The Career Guidance and Placement Cell of our college play a vital role in shaping the careers of our students. We are proud of the success of our systematic and sustained approach in helping to launch our students on a meaningful career path. On 24^th March 2021, The Career Guidance and Placement Cell conducted a career guidance class “Plan your Success, Create your Future” by Zakaria M.V, Director, career division, CIGI and IbrahimMenatil, career guide state resources person DHSS Kerala.
