"Effective Teaching Strategies for Diverse Learners: Designing Outcome-Based Curriculum"

The five-day Faculty Development Program organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Ansar Women’s College, Perumpilavu, is set to take place from 19th May to 23rd May 2025. Titled "Effective Teaching Strategies for Diverse Learners: Designing Outcome-Based Curriculum", the program aims to enhance pedagogical skills and curriculum design aligned with outcome-based education (OBE). It brings together a distinguished panel of educators and academic experts, including Dr. Meena Prabhu, Mr. Shaji Mohammed, Dr. T. Mohanakrishnan, Mr. M. Abdul Azeez, Dr. Azizeek, and Dr. Daison Parappallil. Through interactive sessions and knowledge-sharing, the program seeks to equip faculty members with innovative teaching methodologies that cater to a diverse student population and ensure better learning outcomes. This initiative underscores the college’s commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development.
