ONE BOOK-ONE STUDENT : A Literature Feast

The Post Graduate Department of English had already conducted a very innovative and allowing scheme in the previous years. The students took the initiative and did a follow up of the One Book One Student Campaign on 9th March, 2016 to LMUPS Perumpilavu. Selected Books and Novels had been distributed in the previous visit.

 The young aspiring "Shakespeares" of LMUPS had written book reviews based on their reading of the books distributed in the last visit. These reviews were also collected and appreciated. It was indeed a welcome surprise for our volunteers since that showed their gesture of gratitude. Many fun games and activities were conducted and a quality time was spent with the young kids. From their interaction they could gather what the young kids v were really interested in and how much they loved the English in language.
